Following this, you’ll be guided through a series of soothing restorative yoga poses, specifically designed to release physical tension and restore inner balance. As you melt into the poses, the sound healer will weave a healing soundscape with Tibetan bowls and other sacred instruments, leading you into deep relaxation and promoting energetic healing.
